stairs along the wall of caves monastery Rodina Mat (big titanium lady) and museum tanks... us with the eternal flame (not burning right now) and river behind how the other half lives...
Now Shona's starting to look stiff. You guys need to loosen up (and what's she doing standing on that podium?)
I've been seeing lots of contradictory things that have made me snicker in the last 24 hours:
1) The eternal flame (presently off) 2) C95: "The drive-home fun song, brought to you by Catholic Bible Supplies... TROOPER, RAISE A LITTLE HELL!" (really--yesterday at 5) 3) Maggie's deli--behind the counter, very hairy mustachioed Greek-lookin' dude... felt like stepping in and asking, "are you Maggie?" (didn't, he had a cleaver)
Walking the line between not letting kids do whatever they want to, and letting them *be kids*, is hard. :) Welcome to the club. :)
Love you guys, if I survive this conference I'll drink a telebeer with you.
The joys of parenting always go hand in hand with the struggles of "no" and "please try not to jam that spoon up your nose". So glad to hear that your little girl can work you over with those big blues eyes and a pouty lip - our boys are the same. Our prayers continue to be with you.

Oh those big blue eyes...~that~ is why it's so hard to say NO. ;o)
Continued prayers from our family!
